Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Ready-made wigs are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made wigs require additional processing time. Production and shipping times will be communicated to the customer before or after purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
